This was my last belly picture with Owen. We lost him in early September.
Kindermourn has helped the four of us through the loss of the fifth member of our family. (I know Ellie would like me to say Owen was the 7th member of our family, including Penny and Charlie.)
We are slowly picking up the pieces and riding the roller coaster that is this grief. Kindermourn has given us a place to start healing. Please help us support them as they continue their amazing work of giving families a place to talk about their missing loved one. Giving kids a place to find out that they are not the only ones feeling this kind of pain. And giving parents the tools to start helping their kids when they don't have any idea where to begin.
