KinderMourn is the most incredible non-profit organization that you hope to never need. But if/when you find yourself in need of their services, KinderMourn provides a lifeline to hope and healing.
We have personally used KinderMourn’s services over the last 18 months since Chris passed. Taryn sees a counselor for one on one sessions. She attends group sessions with peers her age who have experienced a similar loss and I attend group sessions for caregivers of bereaved children.
They are just a phone call away when there are moments of grief that are simply beyond my scope of knowledge, ready and willing to walk along side Taryn in her healing.
KinderMourn is available to anyone who needs their services, regardless of income. Through donations, they are able to make sure every bereaved child and parent has access to quality mental health care.
