Rules of the Great Duck Derby

Presented by Treasure Coast Community Health Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 Corporation (tax-exempt charity) Tax Id #27-2073611.

  1. Ducks will be launched at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2023.
  2. All ducks entered will be provided by the Presenter and will remain the property of the Presenter.
  3. Should the winning duck be an orphan, it will be disqualified as a prize winner, and the race judge will continue to remove ducks from the duck trap in the order they are trapped until an adopted winning duck is selected. Qualified winning ducks will be selected until all prizes are gone.
  4. The completed entry portion of each Race Adoption Paper must be received by an authorized representative of the Presenter by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023. Entries received after 1:30 p.m. on October 22, 2023, and entries purchased on the day of the race are subject to availability of ducks, and in the event, the number of these entries exceeds the availability of ducks, the entries will not be eligible to win any prizes. Entrant assumes the risk of non-delivery of any entries to an authorized representative of the Great Duck Derby.
