Our family found KinderMourn in 2013 after the devastating loss of our second daughter, Harper Lynn, at 5 months of age. KinderMourn helped us in numerous ways to navigate our grief as parents and support Campbell, Harper's 3 1/2 year old sister. Our first duck race in 2014 was emotionally difficult, yet positive and absolutely powerful with the amazing support and spirit of the KinderMourn family. Every year as our family grows the duck race continues to be so special to us as a way to honor and celebrate Harper. We are grateful to KinderMourn for their support and keeping this meaningful tradition.
