The Ormond Yacht Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Florida non-profit corporation. The primary missoin of OYC is the maintenance and preservation if its historic clubhouse building built in 1910 and an iconic Ormond Beach landmark. Funds for this purpose are rasied through membership dues and generous donations by those who support the mission.
It is an expensive proposition to maintain and preserve the building as it is a wooden structure situated over the brackish Halifax River very much exposed to the wind and water. Donations are essential and very much appreciated.
