Welcome to the LSFG team page!
We’re back and making an even bigger splash at this year’s Chicago Ducky Derby. It’s our second year teaming up with this incredible event, and we’re racing toward our team goal of 200 duck adoptions before the big drop on August 7.
Not only are we helping raise money for an amazing cause, but we’ll also be volunteering along the Riverwalk and proudly serving as one of the event sponsors. This year, the plan is to drop more than 75,000 rubber ducks into the Chicago River and cheer them on as they race to the finish line.
Every duck adopted supports Special Olympics Illinois and the more than 24,000 athletes, Young Athletes, Peer Partners, and Unified Partners they serve across the state.
You can adopt a single duck for $10, or level up with a quack pack, ducky dozen, or even a full flock. Prizes are up for grabs—including a brand-new Chevy Trailblazer for the grand prize winner.
