We’re thrilled to represent the fierce, passionate leaders of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® at this year’s Chicago Ducky Derby, where leadership meets heart — and every duck counts.
This year, during our Network 360 Leadership Training in the Windy City, we’ll be gathering with nearly 275 empowered women to encourage, inspire, and lead — and at lunch on August 7th, we’ll cheer as our adopted ducks take the plunge into the Chicago River from the Columbus Drive Bridge. It’s more than a race. It’s a ripple of impact.
Our team is racing toward our duck adoption goal of 200 and we want YOU to join us! Every duck you adopt helps fund the incredible athletes of Special Olympics Illinois, supporting more than 26,000 athletes and partners through year-round training, competition, and inclusive community building.
