Prize redemption is subject to hotel availability and must be coordinated directly with Hotel Emma’s concierge team.Certain blackout dates, holiday periods, special events, and peak-demand dates may apply, and room availability is not guaranteed on all requested dates. If the selected stay exceeds the $500.00 prize value, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference in cost directly to Hotel Emma at the time of booking.The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Any incidental charges, taxes, parking fees, meals, or additional hotel expenses beyond the room rate are the sole responsibility of the winner.The Rotary Club of San Antonio Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
