Beneficiary Spotlight:
This year, the funds raised from Zoom Duck Derby will help expand opportunities for skill-building within our workforce development programs. At Alpha, we foster independence and empower individuals to meet their employment goals.
Shane is part of our Workforce Development program. He graduated from our Project SEARCH program at Nationwide Children's Hospital. This program allows high school students to participate in an additional year of training which centers exclusively around employment.
