We're celebrating the 35th anniversary of CFPA's Duck Race!

The Duck Race is a unique event that allows people to “adopt” a duck for $5 and enter the race to win prizes.

This year we are selling 35,000 ducks in celebration of the 35th Annual Duck Race on August 26th. The ducks will race down a giant water slide constructed at Eastside Center in East Peoria and the first 15 to cross the finish line win prizes.

The grand prize is $10,000 followed by a second-place prize of $5,000!

All funds raised through the Duck Race stay here in Central Illinois, support our client services, and help us build a safe and peaceful community. Adopting ducks to be in the race helps secure funding for CFPA programs, including free and confidential services for survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual assault, abuse of adults living with disabilities, and elder abuse. It also helps us provide violence prevention education to nearly 38,000 students annually. 100% of funds raised support our mission of helping all people live free from violence and abuse.
