4th Annual Paws Across the Water

The 4th Annual Paws Across the Water will take place on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 2pm.

10,000 rubber ducks will "splashdown" into the Intercoastal Waterway. If you have not seen it before, it is a sight to see.

Adopt your duck online or stop by the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach, 409 Bay Street to pick up adoption papers. We also have the adoption papers throughout the community.

Race Schedule

Festivities will begin on Saturday, September 6th at 12 noon. Splashdown will take place at 2 o'clock which will be proceeded by Business Duck Race at approximately 1:30.

All duck adoptions will benefit the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach a 501[c]3 non-profit organization. In 2007 the shelter reunited 116 lost animals with their owners, found new loving homes for 532 others, and provided 335 low cost spay/neuter procedures.
